SHIPPING POLICY

Destinations
We ship this product to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses and PO boxes are excluded. Please provide a street address.

Shipping price
Standard shipping is included in the displayed product price for eligible destinations. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery
Orders ship from our fulfillment partner’s US warehouse. Estimated processing is 1–3 days, followed by an estimated 3–5 days in transit. Allow approximately 4–8 business days overall. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; stock, carrier delays and address issues can affect timing.

Tracking and order issues
Tracking is sent after dispatch when the carrier number is available. For delays, missing parcels, damage or incorrect items, contact foldfare.store@proton.me with your order number. Keep the packaging and take clear photos where relevant.

Address changes and cancellations
Contact us promptly before dispatch. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once fulfillment has started. Do not use the shipping label address as a returns address; contact us first.
